Stir-fried rice noodle with soy sauce: Pad See You

Pad See Ew is a rice noodle dish sautéed in soy sauce, served all over Thailand, and is one of those delicious snacks that you can eat without going hungry.

In Thai: ผัดซีอิ๊ว ; also known as pat si io or pad see you

The perfect dish if you have a problem with spicy food, there is no chilli.

It's also an easy name to remember: "pat see you" think of it as an English phrase, pronounce it with an English accent or say "pate sii you" and everyone will understand you!

This is a dish that is normally made with chicken, but you can use tofu or the meat of your choice.
